Apple Cinnamon Cheese Cake

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera..

Tetiba update blog tup tup keluar entri pasal kek. ..Kek kegemaran hubs!

Ekceli, Ni entri khas buat kak ija/Licha Daud. Kak ija, resipi dlm bahsa omputeh. Akak translate sendiri lah ye. Patik tak sempat nak jadi jurubahasa hari ni. hehehehe...

Resepi kek ini, asalnya dari Kak Ijan (blog resipi). Suka baca blog beliau mencoretkan kisah masak-masak, study phD dan kisah family masa beliau study di Finland. Now blog kak ijan dah tak aktif sejak kak ija balik Malaysia n berjaya tamat phD. Sekiranya kak ijan baca blog ni, kak ijan hidupkan blog pliz..rindu nak baca blog n view gmbr makanan cantik2 n menggoda dlm blogresipi.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup sugar (divided 1 and 1/4 cups)
  • 1/2 cup butter/ vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon  of vanilla
  • 200 gm cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder (Vi kecualikan yg ini sb guna tepung kek berbaking powder)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 3 cups chopped peels apples (Vivi guna apple hijau)

Methods:

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degree C and spray 9 inc spring- form pan with cooking spray (or lining with baking paper)
  2. Beat 1 cup of sugar, oil/butter, vanilla and cream cheese until well blended. Add eggs 1 at a time and beat until blended after each. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry to creames mixture and beat on low till blended.
  3. Combine 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon (to be honest you can use a little less). Combine the cinnamon powder with apples then mix to coat. Stir apple mixture into batter. pour batter (it is thick) into a 9 inch spring form and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mix.
  4. Bake for 1 hour 15 mins or until cake pulls away from pan at sides or a toothpick come out clean. Don't be afraid- it takes a long time to bake, maybe even longer than written. If it gets too brown cover it loosely with foil.

Sekian, xoxo.
