Assalamualaikum... Today we hav mkn-mkn peringkat department sempena celebrate raya kengkononnya. Kelakar pun ada due to jamuan sempena raya aidilfiti buat time bulan zulkaedah. Hehehehe... Masa syawal, semua x free... Eventhough today, still x dpt penuhkan ahli korum sb ada yg EL, bizi with urusan yg lebih aula'...

Makan2 at sahara tent. MashaAllah! The food is so heaven! 

If u wanna try foods at sahara tent, make sure empty ur stomach first bcoz the food portion is huge.

OUTING WITH BABY HARITH

Assalamualaikum...

This is yesterday story. Again we went for window shopping together with our baby harith. 

Dh byk jln beliau ukur skrg. Wisma satok, one city, bourlevard, the spring and summer mall. Alhamdulillah, x meragam. Very behaved seating inside stroller. Mudah tugasan ummi :).

Yesterday, b4 we went to our relative open house, we stop by at pasar ikan near the base. Searching for ikan gelama due to maklong craving for it. Mayb masih on raya mode, x byk sgt ikan2 dijual. 

Harith and i just waiting inside the car.. Abah x bagi kluar sb cuaca sedikit panas. Sekian, xoxo. 

KUIH RAYA HARITH KARI IKAN PAK WAI

Assalamualaikum... Let me introduce kuih raya Harith: yummy milk in the PPSU Pigeon bottle as well as peristaltic PLUS nipple. 

And this one is kari ikan pak wai (grandpa). Special menu prepared by me. Why special? Sb guna apa jer bahan yg ada d rumah...totally x follow resipi asal. I used asam keping instead tamarind; fish curry without tomato. Fortunately, had beans okra@ladies' fingers. Bersusah payah sis in-law went to her emak farm to pick it. Kalau x, nampak kosong la kari ikan ni. Berselera seisi rumah mkn. Misi bjaya! Sometimes less is more. Sekian, xoxo. 

TERCAPAI HAJAT PERUT

Assalamualaikum...

Alhamdulillah, tcapai juga hajat di hati. Yesterday, we went to the Spring shopping mall for lunch at Sushi King. Tak ramai sgt org mayb working day so ladies n gentlemen yg masih on holiday mode je yg hanging out kat sana. I wore baju kurung raya yesterday coz raya mode still activated. Lagipun yg menarik d kuching, suasana raya sentiasa meriah spjg syawal coz tua muda masih semangat berbaju melayu lengkap bersamping n berbaju kurung sedondon with their spouse n kids. Activity ziarah menziarahi masih meriah eventhough raya dh masuk hari belasan. Seronok kan! Suasana yg amat jarang aku lihat kat area taman perumahan ku d kl. Ada tapi jarang. If kat area rumah ku, during open house posibility only tuan rumah n famili berbaju melayu (no kain samping) but the guest rata2 berkemeja.

Semalam menikmati sashimi... Betul2 nikmat. Why? Sb smlm baby harith sgt behaved. As per planed, initially i prefer baby harith stay at home with emak. Aku risau harith menangis x selesa. Beliau selalu guna high pitching voice bila nangis. Tapi mr.hubs x sampai hati. Beriya nak bawa permata hati nya outing juga. Emak pun aku bawak sekali. Tgn emak sgt ajaib sb boleh tenangkan baby harith dgn mudah bila harith nangis. Tido nyenyak baby harith dlm stroller. Oleh Sb x merengek n tido nyenyak, so maksudnya tido dia kira berkualiti jugak la kan.. Eh.. Voleh gitu :)

Puas hati dpt makan japanese foods. Oh ya... Next time will write a story n put photos of my harith umar. Alhamdulillah.. Today he's 3 bln 9 hari. Setiap hari aku berdoa pada Allah agar harith jadi anak yg soleh bjaya dunia wa akhirat. Ameen.

Ok, nak lunch jap. Sedap nya aroma pais telur ikan yg emak masak. Bismillah.. Jom makan. xoxo

Our raya story

Assalamualaikum...

Pagi yg sejuk. After for so long, hujan juga akhirnya... Sejuk dan nyaman. 

This yr raya, we didn't prepare kelupis. Actually, kelupis is a must cuisine for my family for celebrating eid. Due to mak long was sick that day, so emak decided to prepare ketupat simple. Alhamdulillah, still we merasa juga home made kelupis thay day. Why? Sb a day b4 raya, anjang sayiddah buat sistem barter with Emak. Kelupis exchange with ketupat. Hahaha...  Whatever it is, i still miss mak long n emak handmade kelupis. 

Based on my observation, mcm sama je ingredients to prepare ketupat n kelupis: glutinous rice, coconut milk... Kukus. But the obviously different is the shape. Kalau ketupat, round shape spt dlm photos atas tu. For kelupis, long shape.. Mimic with keropok lekor shape.. Syg nya, aku lupa snap gmbr kelupis. Never mind, wanna know more about kelupis u can google the image.. Hehehehe

The best thing about celebrating eid at my kampung, makan sweet corn fresh from ladang jagung! Sedap sgt! If kat pasar malam area my home d kl, takkan jumpa jagung semanis ori ni. 

Ok, get to go... Baby harith dh bunyi siren. Nak susu sb beliau nak tido.. Minum susu sblm tido. Xoxo

Quick update: lama nya x update blog. Alhamdulillah... Sambutan raya yg sederhana cukup meriah dgn kehadiran semua ahli keluarga! Yg paling seronok, tahun ni raya sgt bmakna dan bahagia dgn kehadiran cahaya mata kami, Harith Umar :)

Alhamdulillah... Tetamu ramai. Ni kek kukus belacan trip no.2. Trip pertama dh licin selamat landing dlm perut sanak saudara yg dtg beraya.
