Ayam Kukus


Masih dalam proses ngangkut resepi dari belog lama. Resepi ni memang saya simpan ketat2 pasal resepi ni ler saya gunapakai time zaman berdiet dulu2. Sesuai banget untuk berdiet! Jom layan resipi. Resepi dalam bahsa org puteh, malas nak translate...translate sendiri la ye...hehehhehehe.

What do you need:
Ingredients A

  • 3 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper (mixed white and black pepper)
  • 1 tablespoon of medium sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 4 tablespoon of water 

*Since the pepper is salty, therefore I didn’t put any salt in this recipe.

Ingredient B

  • 1 dish of chicken (chicken fillet and wing)
  • 1 stick of Japanese tofu (sliced)
  • 5 of Fresh Chinese mushroom (sliced)
  • 2 Chilli padi (sliced)
  •  Onion leaves (sliced)


What do you need:
INGREDIENT A- Heat the sesame oil and fry the pepper, sugar and medium sweet sauce until fragrant. Add in water and stir it.

INGREDIENT B- Places the chicken pieces in the middle of the plate and surround with the fresh Chinese mushroom and Japanese tofu. Spread the ingredient A on the top of the chicken. Steam the chicken over boiling water for 20 minutes, making sure it is thoroughly cooked. After cook, sprinkle the onion leaves and chilli padi on it.
